DIGISOL unveils New Router - DG-BR4000NDIGISOL wireless broadband router DG-BR4000N enables communication between wireless and wired notebooks/desktop computers in the network, and it also allows Internet connectivity to the network. It complies with IEEE 802.11n standard and is backward compatible with IEEE 802.11b/g standard. Microsoft unveils MSE designed for Indian SMBsMicrosoft has announced the availability of Microsoft Security Essentials (MSE) for SMBs. Available for free, MSE is a simple to use, comprehensive solution that provides protection from viruses, spyware and other malicious threats and is designed for an original Windows PC. In line with this, Microsoft has further partnered with HP to pre-install the offering on the HP Envy series notebooks.

The solution was launched for the consumer segment back in 2009 and has evoked a favourable response, with some 30 million customers in 74 countries benefiting from it. Cisco expands Its Borderless Networks Portfolio


Cisco has announced new products and services across all the functional elements of its Borderless Network Architecture - the switching, routing, security and wireless portfolios. Notable additions include the highest-performing and high-density Catalyst switch, Adaptive Security Appliance firewall and compact ASR 1,000 router in their classes, new entry-level 802.11n wireless access points for smaller businesses and new and enhanced smart services offerings.
